Acquisition Hangtime Ostend by Jumpsquare

Jumpsquare Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Hangtime. The park will become part of one of the largest networks of indoor trampoline parks in Europe. Jumpsquare Group operates a total of 32 parks today. Hangtime is the only trampoline park on the Belgian coast and thus proved to be an additional asset to Jumpsquare's portfolio with three Flemish sites in: Bruges, Kortrijk (Gullegem) and Hasselt.

Founders Griet and Anne Mie Strubbe bid farewell to Hangtime. The Ostend-based entrepreneurial sisters were the face of Hangtime for its many thousands of customers since its launch in December 2017. They will be focusing on new professional projects.

Griet Strubbe: "Today we say goodbye to our customers, to the many families and children and also to the team of employees, but we leave them in good hands. This is an opportunity to further grow and evolve Hangtime. We have had a fantastic time here since start-up in 2017. The many thousands of smiling children's faces will stay with us forever. We are now taking a break, to start new professional projects afterwards."

Christophe Tassenon (Managing Director Jumpsquare Group Belgium) is enthusiastic about the latest addition to the Jumpsquare family: "We are particularly charmed by Hangtime. The business has become a fixture on the Belgian coast for the many families with children in a few years' time.
